White tiger is a mix of both internal and external. It was created by fung doe duk who also created bak fu pai, the differences are that bak fu pai is totally internal. fung doe duk created white tiger form the forms he learned at the shaolin temple and from masters who had taught him in his travels throughout china. He was shown how to use herbs to condition his hands for the iron palm style which he included. There is a dim mak form passed down through the white tiger system. It is rumored he traveled with the creator of white eyebrow who was exiled form the shaolin temple after killing 4 people trying his new style.
